
– AI-powered auto-tagging
A new setting allows AI to automatically assign tags at the end of an interaction.
It only applies to interactions that don’t reach an agent — for example, if they’re handled fully by a chatbot or abandoned before assignment.
Only tags assigned to the relevant queue will be considered.

Enable it in: Settings → Channel Management → Auto Assign Tags

– Auto-complete for old interactions
You can now automatically complete interactions after a set number of days. By default, this is enabled and set to 7 days.
Update it in: Settings → Agent Experience → Auto Complete Interactions

– Switch from monthly to annual billing
It’s now possible to change your billing from monthly to annual directly in the platform.
Go to: Settings → Billing
Note: switching from annual back to monthly is not supported.
– Restricted Supervisors can no longer modify routing
To prevent accidental misconfiguration, Restricted Supervisors are no longer allowed to change Interaction routing. Only Account Holders can do this.
– Removed AI tokens from chatbot editor
We’ve removed the mention of AI tokens in the chatbot editor as billing is now based on AI Interactions.

– Support for German phone numbers
We’ve added the German country code to phone data capture.
