Redesigned interaction log
We’ve launched a redesigned interface for reviewing past interactions between agents, bots, and customers. The new layout makes it easier to trace message flows, understand what happened, and spot issues or training opportunities. No functionality has been removed – everything you knew is still there, just reorganised in a more logical and efficient way.
Clearer labels in AI Knowledge Base
We’ve renamed “Refreshed At” and “Updated At” to “Last Data Sync” and “Last Config Change” to better reflect what each timestamp means.
Preserve source filenames in KB content
Uploaded files like PDFs or CSVs now include their original filename in the extracted text. This helps AI ground references such as “see nutrition.pdf” correctly.
Default settings for new companies
When new companies are created, key features will now be enabled by default:
AI auto suggest tags
Single stage interaction end
Video transcripts
Phone recording
Sentiment analysis
This change makes core features more discoverable and usable without needing manual setup. Existing companies are not affected.
Updated messaging for SSO-managed roles
We’ve updated the message shown when trying to edit a user’s role that’s managed via an Identity Provider like Microsoft Entra. The UI now makes it clear that changes must be made within the IDP.
Queued chats now appear in chat monitoring
Previously, only assigned chats were visible. We’ve updated the chat monitor to show all active interactions, including queued chats.
Improved login fallback for Mitel Ignite iframe
Unauthenticated users embedding the dashboard via iframe will now see a login prompt instead of a blank screen. This avoids a broken experience and improves support for third-party dashboard use.
Correct interaction log URLs for whitelabel partners
Interaction log links in post-interaction emails now correctly use the partner’s domain instead of the Talkative domain.
Prevent Stripe sending nil invoices
We’ve fixed an issue where new companies were triggering two zero-amount invoices when first created. This no longer happens.
