Support for video and voice transcripts in Salesforce
Transcripts from voice and video calls are now included when syncing interaction logs to Salesforce. This ensures full context is captured for mixed-mode conversations – no more jumping between tools to understand what happened.

Optional swear word masking in Interaction Logs
You can now choose to mask strong language when viewing logs. This is controlled by a new setting in the logs themselves – separate from your global preferences – giving teams more flexibility when sharing transcripts or reviewing conversations internally.
Cleaner timeline display for long browsing sessions
When customers navigate through lots of pages, timeline events are now grouped and can be collapsed. It’s much easier to scan what happened in a session without getting buried in dozens of page views.

Improved real-time monitoring for VoiceAI
Monitoring now refreshes automatically during VoiceAI calls – no page reload required. This makes it easier to follow interactions as they unfold and test setup changes in the moment. We've also decreased the latency in the transcript.

Billing form now collects address details
We now request billing address info when adding or updating a card – enabling accurate tax calculation and ensuring generated invoices include the necessary legal details.
Knowledge Base now supports structured product-code queries
AI can now interpret and retrieve answers from KBs that include product codes, SKUs, or tabular data – especially useful when customers provide lists or CSVs during support conversations.
Files in Interaction Logs download with original filenames
When downloading attachments from messages in the Interaction Log, files now retain their original names (e.g. screenshot.png, invoice.pdf) instead of system-generated hashes. This small change removes friction when referencing saved files or sharing them with others.
VoiceAI bots no longer counted as agents in interaction duration
We’ve fixed a bug where VoiceAI bot activity was being included in agent time stats. Bot time is now correctly excluded – so reporting on actual agent involvement is accurate and reliable.
Reservation lookup now works when user has been deleted
Fixed an issue where trying to load logs linked to deleted users caused reservation retrieval to fail. This keeps historical data accessible regardless of user status.
