
Redesigned homepage for all customers
We’ve launched a new homepage that gives you a clearer view of your company’s overall health and daily performance at a glance. It includes key metrics to help you focus your day, along with quick links to Talkative updates and support resources.
New insights available on the homepage include:
Total interaction volume over time
CSAT breakdown (positive vs. negative comments)
Full comment overview
Split between Agent-handled vs. Chatbot-handled interactions
You can change the time period you're interested at analysing in the top right corner between last 24 hours, last 3 days and last week.

Total queueing time report
A new Analytics metric shows the total time customers spend waiting, whether for a chatbot or agent to respond. This is also available via the AI Assistant in Analytics.

British English language support (EN_GB)
You can now switch your interface to British English. This also updates your date formatting to the UK standard (e.g. DD/MM/YYYY) for a more familiar experience.
To enable this, head to:
Settings → Agent Experience → Language Options, then choose English (British) from the dropdown list.
This change ensures your agents and supervisors see language and date formats that match your regional expectations.
Improved VoiceAI save behaviour
Saving a VoiceAI configuration no longer exits you out of the editor, making setup and editing smoother.
Removed VoiceAI preview button for Mitel
We’ve removed the ‘Preview’ button for VoiceAI when using Mitel, as this functionality isn’t currently supported in those environments.
Upgraded GPT-4.1 Mini to GPT-5 Mini
The lightweight model used in select AI tools has been upgraded to GPT-5 Mini, improving the speed and quality of AI-driven suggestions.
Android login loop resolved
Fixed a bug that caused some Android users to get stuck in a login loop during sign-in.
Corrected VoiceAI number provisioning
VoiceAI will now correctly assign new numbers to the appropriate company account when provisioning.
Resolved chatbot editing issue
Fixed an error caused by removing, then re-adding a global node while editing a chatbot. Saving should now work reliably in this scenario.
Eliminated double transcriptions in VoiceAI
Addressed an issue where VoiceAI was logging duplicate transcriptions when phone call transcription was enabled.
