Talkative now supports ingesting files from Sharepoint into your knowledge base. When you configure a Sharepoint integration, you will be able to include any supported Sharepoint files in your knowledge base. These files will be kept up-to-date according to your AIKB refresh settings.
As part of this update, AI knowledge bases now support doc, docx and pptx files in both Sharepoint and existing file upload channels.

Chat transcript titles can now include data from the conversation. This feature can now be found on the email customisations page.

WhatsApp business accounts can be self-serviced from inside the Talkative platform.
When a Voice AI call is transferred to Mitel, it now includes a link to the interaction. This means the transcript can be reviewed after the call ends.
