🤖Voice AI Updates

• Pronunciations
  You can now control how your Voice AI pronounces specific words and phrases in Speech to Speech mode. Navigate to the Pronunciation Dictionaries page to configure a dictionary using IPA pronunciations or word substitutions, then point your Voice AI bot to it.

  

  This does not work in Speech to Speech mode. If using Google Text to Speech, we recommend using substitutions instead of pronunciations.

• Call Logs Now Visible
  The Twilio Call Log page now displays recent calls, making it easier to identify the exact SIP URL format needed when configuring Voice AI.

• EU Localisation
  LLM usage in Voice AI is now handled via EU-based servers for London and Frankfurt instances. This means Speech to Speech is now fully EU-processed. Speech to Text to Speech and other instances are unaffected.

• Improved Interrupts
  Voice AI in Speech to Text to Speech mode will now handle short, sharp interrupts (No/Yes) better.

• More Accurate Transcripts
  In Speech to Text to Speech mode, Voice AI now tracks how much of a message it has delivered when interrupted. This leads to more accurate responses and cleaner Interaction Log transcripts.

• LLM Chatbots now show tool uses in Interaction Logs
  Tool used by your LLM Chatbot are now visible in Interaction Logs, making it easier to review your chatbot configuration.

• Historic Billing and Usage View
  Billing history is now available on the Billing page, allowing you to review usage from previous months.

• Fixed an issue where Deepgram transcription would intermittently fail.

• Fixed a display issue with the message input in the Agent Console in certain edge cases.
